Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before you may deposit funds, place wagers, or withdraw winnings, you must complete ji58's mandatory KYC verification process. This requires the submission of:

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji58 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data due to internet connectivity failures on your end;
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party service provider failures beyond ji58's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by ji58 in good faith to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.

Where ji58's liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law, ji58's maximum aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by Player. You may close your ji58 account at any time by submitting a written request to ji58 support via the contact email address provided on this Platform. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

Suspension and Termination by ji58. Ji58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Informal Resolution. Ji58 will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Formal Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
